Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Digital Apps LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Sortango.

Information we handle

Sortango does not require an account and does not ask for your name, address, contacts, photos, or precise location. Game progress, settings, lives, coins, and booster balances are stored on your device.

As online features are added, Sortango and its service providers may process:

• gameplay and app-interaction data, such as level starts, completions, failures, session duration, and feature usage;
• device and advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and ad interaction data;
• diagnostic data, including crash logs, performance information, device model, operating system, and app version; and
• purchase and subscription status supplied by the app store. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

How information is used

We use information to operate and improve the game, remember progress, understand performance, diagnose crashes, prevent fraud, provide support, process purchases, measure marketing, and—where enabled—deliver and measure advertising.

Service providers and sharing

The current free version does not serve ads or offer real-money purchases. If rewarded advertising is enabled in a future version, Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform may provide advertising and advertising privacy choices. Any such change will be reflected in this policy and the app's disclosures.

When Game Analytics is enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase receives gameplay events, level solve times, attempts, moves, booster usage, sessions, app-instance identifiers, device information and IP-derived approximate location. We use these statistics to understand retention, balance level difficulty and improve the game. Advertising identifiers and Google advertising personalization remain disabled for this analytics integration. See Google's privacy policy.

If you turn on Meta Ad Measurement, Meta App Events receives app activity, app/device information, IP-derived approximate location, verified purchase values and currencies, and rewarded-ad revenue. Meta may associate these events with its own information to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising. We do not send names, email addresses, payment details, purchase receipts or our local player identifiers to Meta, and Meta advertising-ID collection and automatic purchase logging are disabled. We may also use service providers for app distribution, analytics, crash reporting, attribution, and purchases. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or measurement activity may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under some privacy laws; where required, Sortango will provide consent or opt-out controls.

Retention and security

On-device game data remains until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. Service-provider data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can reset locally stored game data by clearing Sortango’s storage or uninstalling the app. Where required, the game will offer advertising consent choices before requesting ads. You can revisit those choices from the Privacy button in Settings. You may also request access to or deletion of information associated with you by following our data deletion instructions.

In versions released with this update, Game Analytics is enabled by default for new players and can be turned off under Settings → Privacy. Earlier versions ask players to enable it. An existing choice to disable analytics is preserved when updating. Turning analytics off does not prevent gameplay or recovery; it stops new analytics events and resets Firebase's local analytics data. Withdrawal does not automatically erase information already received by a provider; contact us about deletion.

Meta Ad Measurement is separate from Game Analytics, remains off unless you enable it, and is unavailable in the iOS version. You can change it under Settings → Privacy on supported versions. Disabling it stops new Meta app events and clears unsent measurement events. Game Analytics does not enable Meta measurement or advertising tracking.

Children

Sortango is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from your country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Sortango and its services change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
